Tidy Paws provides pet waste removal services in Beamsville, Ontario. Our service options include Weekly Cleanup, Twice Weekly Cleanup, Alternating Weeks Cleanup, and One-Time Cleanup. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and abide by these Terms.

Membership and Billing

• Subscriptions: Our services are available on a subscription basis, which includes weekly, twice weekly, and alternating weeks cleanup plans. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly basis.

• Payment: Payments are processed automatically each month using the payment method provided at signup. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our website or by contacting us directly. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

One-Time Cleanup

• Service Description: Our One-Time Cleanup service provides a thorough yard cleaning on a pay-as-you-go basis.

• Payment: Payment for One-Time Cleanup services is due at the time of booking. No ongoing subscription is required.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Ensure that all information you provide to us, including contact details and payment information, is accurate and up to date.

• Maintain Access: Allow our team access to your property at the scheduled service times. Ensure that any gates or barriers are unlocked and that pets are secured.
